Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Hi We have some old Astro that is in storage that we would like to install in our school gym facility. The floor space is roughly 6m wide and 25m in length. We have an old carpet there currently that would need to be ripped out and replaced with the turf. We possibly would require a general cleaning of the turf if it is something you are able to provide. Please could you let me know
1. Roof currently Asbestos, which needs to be removed. 2. Knotty pine ceiling to be removed 2. Rafters to be replaced with new 3. Tiles to be installed 4. New facia boards to be install with new gutters and down pipes (4 off) 4. New celling installation 5. Roof to be painted including the new facia boards
There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
The roof was recently painted and the winter has damaged some of the roof sheets. The roof is leaking in 3 areas. I would like the roof to be checked and any issues sorted. I have an old roof. The builder has advised me it is either asbestos or fibre cement. I have some water proofing that needs to be done.

I am considering purchasing a dilapidated house and renovating it. I think it needs the slate roof replaced entirely (roof trusses as well). The tiling area (not floor area) is approximately m2. Conducting Kitchen Renovation Project for a maisonette apartment kitchen. Kitchen area is tight and partially below stairwell so will need experienced carpenter to design and fit kitchen that makes the best use of the space.
