Hello, I would like to renovate our penthouse/loft apartment in Fresnaye. It is a large open space (35 m2) with sleeping area, open plan bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen and living area. All the walls and the ceiling should be painted white. The toilet should be separated from the rest of the room with a drywall+door. Part of the kitchen is to be demolished and disposed of. The sink in the bathroom area needs to be adjusted so that a washing machine can be connected underneath, the concrete floor needs to be touched up here and there and repainted, and the fronts of the kitchen cabinets need to be painted.
