I have a 4 gang light switch. The dimmer module is not working and needs to be replaced. I have already bought the module and I need it installed. One of the four switches is also not working as a cord has come loose and also one of the trailing led light for the switch has come loose. This is all in the same 4 gang light switch

I need a quote for the following for a residential property: - installation of solar geyser - installation of electricity meter - certificate of compliance in order to obtain occupancy certificate The house is a 3 bed house, new build, m2 (basic floor plan attached for an almost identical residence). The wiring has been completed in the house and wires pulled through. DB Board has been installed too. The house still requires a solar geyser plus the meter to be installed (meter will be obtained from the housing association). Following this, the certificate of compliance needs to be done in order to obtain an occupancy certificate.

Not sure if electrical rewiring is needed and dB box it or circuit breaker panel. Definitely needs plugs changed. One in kitchen trips the house, the other shocked me. How much would a complete check cost? Can you breakdown line for line in your quote and what it would cost to repair line by line?
The whole home needs rewiring as it was vandalised the pipes where the wires runs through are still mostly intact. It is a 4 bedroom house, with a living-, TV-, and Dining room, a scullery with a Kitchen. It also has a lapa with a swimming pool and Jucuzzi. The light switches, plug casing and light casing does not to be included in the quotes as we will buy it our self due to the fact that it needs to match the decor, the electrician just needs to install them.

Only plugs are going off and on it did not trip at db board, we plugged out most appliances only our freezers are plugged in, checkes wires all attached and in plqce no appliqnces faulty dont know why only the plugs does not work as our water pump from tank also works with the plugs so if off we can not use water at all and we also habe network problems as well and do not know where the problem is
We in the process of purchasing a property, so probably 3 months from now. The property we buying has a 3 bedroom house. That we would like to be able to save on electricity during the day by utilizing solar and have enough back up power for outages for at least 5 hours with only essential running like Lights, TV and non essential plug points and possibly the electric fence and security lights.
