We hope to build in Marina Martinque. We would like a house of around sq m. It need to have master bedroom of around 11,5sqm, with a walk in closet of around 5sqm, ensuite bathroom of 4,5 sqm. A second working room (my wife sews and does crafts) that can have a single bed when my grandson visits. An Open living area (Kitchen, dining room and lounge) of around 35sqm. A stoep, (enclosed or not) of around 15 Sqm. A scullery of 5sqm. Attached to the scullery a larger than normal double garage (6X8m). With a second story flatlet of around (6X5,5sqm) and a studio (for video shooting and editing) for me also on the 2nd floor. An ensuite to the flatlet which my studio will use when there arent any guests. The section of the garage (under the studio) needs to park a motor bike and scooter and hang surfboards. Just planning. I want a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, simple but neat townhouse. Tiles throughout. Attaching images of a townhouse we have in mind. The main bedroom is not included. Hi I’ve got a little room outside that’s connected to our outside braai. The entire place is already covered. I’d like to convert our braai area into the room to extend the kitchen and add a living room to rent it out. It’s roughly 40-50 square metres. I’d like to know what if I need any plans submitted to the city? There’s no real change. Basically just adding one wall to extend the apartment side of the building and takeaway he braai.

We currently have a Lapa that is starting to become dilapidated and would like to build a new entertainment area/granny flat in its place. We have a design in mind and have done a basic render on SketchUp as a visual aid. We do not have plans for the house but hopeful there is a copy at the Municipality.

Hi Yes, We would like to have a few different designs done for our home in Meyerton (Glen Donald). We want want to do everthing in different fases. EG: Fase 1 - building and breaking of the house Fae 2 - Tilling and painting and then decorating We really do need a professional team in order to assist us with this. Needs to be turnkey, someone who can do interior design as well. Need a 4D design as well.
