We have had a solar system installed in our club house and require it to be connected to the club house DB board. The club house has never been on municipal power and only had a generator. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. My circuit breaker broke and I initially bypassed it with someone's assistance the bought a new circuit breaker and asked a friend to install it for me. He tried but what he found was that the wiring had been tampered with and all he could do was again bypass but told me to get the help of a professional
Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks
