Rebuild of a commercial space to fit offices as well as classrooms for students. Total space for the building would be square meters. The internals of the current building would need to be demolished and modified. Drywalls would need to be put up for office spaces and classrooms. We are required to submit a business case to our board members which needs to include the estimated cost to fit out the square meters of the proposed new building. For now we only require the estimated costs so we can budget for the project and get the needed approval from the board members to proceed with the project.
