We have a plot on the R 24 behind the Excalibur Castle. The main house is currently standing empty. The garden is not maintained but needs to be cleaned for property viewers/buyers. The fencing around the yard needs to be cleaned for security guards to patrol during shifts. I haven't got pictures of the premises but I can take someone to view and quote.

Front porch garden (security entrance): This space could be made more appealing with the introduction of hardy, colourful flower varieties that thrive across both summer and winter seasons. Trees and shrubbery: No tree felling needed. Selected short trees require pruning, as some others have already been adequately trimmed. General tree maintenance can be done for balance.
