I would like to get a quote for a plumber to come out to my house to do the following: 1. Check all taps some are leaking and some do not work at all 2. Repair or replace 2 x toilet cisterns (leaking) 3. Install and plumb new shower (Have fibre glass floor, waste, taps, shower head and doors.) 4. Supply and install hot water system to new shower. 5. Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. We need advice on what needs to be done to obtain a COC. It is a farm / rural/ setting. We then need a COC to be issued when compliant as well, We were also advised to rather remove unnecessary items like pumps for water fountains, "pretty stoep lights" and self installed leads etc. The are three Eskom low amp boxes on the property that feeds each building
Require a quote for a repair for a water meter with a leak on the incoming pipe from the main in the street, to entering the meter. The meter is old apparently and the brass or copper pipe seems to be rusty and is clearly leaking at the joint. It possibly has more leaks. We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. The funding is a fund we are fetching for a greening of a building. Funds will be released, we just need to know how much.
I have security gates at my home in Pretoria that are very secure. They are heavy steel gates with three levers - one at the top, the middle and the bottom of the gate. I am planning on building a new home in Ballito soon and want to install the same kind of gates. I am looking to have this done sometime in May.
We have a building that is accommodation for about 8 tenants. We are in need of an electrical COC for the building and for someone to ensure that the building is compliant. Every room (8 rooms) has its own DP box and we need to know how the charges will work - per room or one final cost. This is a bit of an emergency and we are looking to have someone come in tomorrow.
