This is a small intimate wedding only family. I need 20 chairs, 2 tables, cutlery and crockery, 2 ice buckets, carpet. We need a few photos no video the cheapest package and then we need a harvest table catering done by you. The rest of the catering will be done by us. I also have my own table cloths and runners.
Need a assistant for a very small and intimate wedding setting...guests total will be between 30 and 40 but I'm working to get it to 30... I mainly need a very cost-effective outdoor wedding setting of more a botanical theme and not anything with too much of a big spac... preferably a venue where pictures can also be taken..also need help to find a super cost effective decor team but if it's too expensive I'll do it myself but just need help with where I can find equipment for draping... ideally I would like to have a fairytale setting for the ceremony and reception...would also like to have a spit braai which will have to be served as a 3 course meal...one thing I would not want to skimp on is the food so that's very important for me..I would also like the venue to be accommodative to shooting subtle fireworks just for a few minutes during reception close to end of wedding...that's basically it in a nutshell...I don't need a venue that will have accommodation as it's not a priority..my main thing is proper food that will be filling and unforgettable decor...
I would just like to prepare a decent new years eve party for the people who cannot afford to have anything on this evening because their are under privileged and cannot afford even a firework to celebrate the new year by saying goodbye to old year with the hope that things will better for them. nothing to extravagent, just some braai meat, a little drinks (alcoholic and non Alcoholic) lights, and of course some fireworks, this should start at 22h00pm and prefebaly end at 01h00 -02h00. catering for plus minus 50 - people including children. this is mainly for the kids. i hope that you can kindly assist me with this

My fiance and I are wanting to get married in court but then do a full on after party for all guest etc. So will skip the normal ceremony and just to reception with the guest. There will be less than 50 guest. I don't know where to start looking for quotes. So need assistance on getting quotes for now or atleast options so I know where to begin with saving for it. I would also need a quote from the planner themselves as I can add it into the savings due to using them but for now I need to start with quotes on venues as well as options regarding food, drinks, decor etc. Looking for the best cheapest option but still turn out nice. Looking for a laid back enjoyable time and nothing too fancy.
I'd like to have a cocktail party but have the vibe be similar to a club. I don't think I'd need a lot of food as I am thinking about providing finger food/snacks. I don't want a lot of decor as I want the venue to simulate a club. I am unsure of what the venue will be as of right now but I would like it to be in Stellenbosch.
