Hi My wife filed for divorce and my bank account has been frozen due to a court order. I resigned from work in January and received pension fund.The money is been working for house hold stuff and I paid my wifes personal loan but now the documents comimg from her lawyer states that I must give her half the original money and the money that's have left is that half. From my side it's not fair,I don't have funds due to court order holding my account.
Financial dispute Good day, Sir I hope you’re doing well. I am dealing with some dispute situation. I rented a car from Bluu in June, when I returned it they identified some minor scratch underneath the front bumper which I was not really aware of and it was not checked in my presence. It was minor though but they demand R from me. I requested a repair invoice and they spent R.38 to repair it, but they continue to demand R to a point where they sent me a letter of demand from LGR attorneys. I need help to dispute this because I feel like they are deliberately scamming me. I’ve been disputing it but I am not winning and they can’t explain why they are charging me R for a R scratch.
