We run a development company in Namibia. Property development. It is impossible to find high quality accountants. I would prefer all this work to be completed in house but we are struggling . The bottom part of the bricks need to be grinded/cut away (professionally so) from the main building structure (not just knocked/pounded out, as I cannot risk damage to our building structure because it's old) and once it is isolated by being professionally grinded/cut away it could then be knocked out (area is approximately 2,2m x 2m) (2) Wind-resistant L-Shaped Verandah (onto our structures) with waterproof dark green PVC roof to be erected to connect with our separate entrance (area is approximately 6m x 2,5m plus 7,5m x 2,5m) (3) Cement foundation laid and to be covered with outdoor tiling for the area mentioned in "(2)" above (4) Separate entrance door to be reopened again by professionally removing the bricked-up area (area is that of a standard door). I trust that my above mentioned gives you a good idea of what we are looking to do.
Divorced in . My spouse did not obey the Court Order and refuses to remove me from the Bond. I cannot get a place of my own, I have even been homeless. What rights do I have for compensation for the suffering due to his wanting to punish me for divorcing him. I don't have a house yet I gave him my house and he keeps me entrapped and homeless by not removing me from the Bond.

Hi I need someone that can do the monthly book keeping from all the documents i supply, payslips, PAYE, with the attendance clock in and out sheets that I supply. One permanent, one casual (will be permanent next year, myself. So i have a sheets with payments, invoices, attendance times and payments, suppliers payments etc. I have no accounts with suppliers - All COD. I just need all done and knowing its correct. UIf loaded so i can pay it. current accountant did nothing the past year. Cannot get my login details to do my own and I have no idea what is happening , what is done or what not. Small company some good months and then some very quiet months. So i need all the basics done and checked.

I have a small kitchen. One wall is about 1,9m the other is 3,1m, the widest wall across has a window and is 2,1m and the opposite wall to that is about 1,8m. I have an above ground pool that hasn't been maintained for a while due to personal reasons. It needs to be emptied, cleaned (colour is changing on the sides), and I'd like to move it (can't do this on my own without damaging the bottom). Our yard is also slightly slanted so if they can help me level out on the one side with pallets or something that would be great. Then it would need to be refilled.
