We are a school called Phendukani Full Service High School in the Madadeni Township. We are looking for solar panels to cover us during load shedding. This can occur for 3-4 hours, generally only once during the school day. A previous quote recommended that we'd need an 8.8kw inverter, a 5.1kw lithium battery, and 12 w solar panels. So we are looking for quotes for systems similar to this. We are happy either to rent for 2-3 years or to buy, and would like quotes for both. Hello, I have just opened a Pty Ltd company. I generate income (2 x per year) from a single customer overseas which goes into my personal account. This will be transferred to my Pty company. Also starting to generate income from a 2nd local company (one invoice per month). Am working from home most of the time. So things are pretty simple. There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
Advice & quotation for full installation. I don’t know how many AC's I will need. Have quite a large house so need professional advice. My house has an approximate floor area of m2 downstairs & an open mezzanine of about 70m2. Half the downstairs & the full upstairs are open plan. The other is normal rooms.
Please email me. I have a small 3 bedroom house (86m2) which I will be moving out of 7 Dec. It will be empty and I will require fixed carpets cleaned in the 3 bedrooms (total of 33,17m2). Cheap carpets. I will also require a general cleaning of the house if you do that, plus the inside of built in cupboards in the kitchen and main bedroom. Budget version please, I do not need all the extra bells and whistles.
The house is an older 3 bedroom, 1 study Sydenham home that has had some renovations done to it by past owners. But it still has old pressed ceilings and sprung wooden floors and is not open plan. The house also has some old finishes and non functional aspects. Our favourite aspect of the house is the view of the Linksfield Mountain which we would like to remodel the house to face as a feature. Currently the lounge and dining areas face the other side. We want to with economic and Pre existing structures remodel the following: A) Make the house open plan, functional and modern. B) Make the living area face the mountain C) Make the floors solid D) Have modern ceilings E) Have an improved entrance F) Have improved exterior modern design G) Have an on suite bathroom to each bedroom
