We are putting in a pool and need some work done afterwards. Our yard is looking alright and originally had a landscapers hand on it, but now we’ll need an update with the inclusion of a pool. Further more the lawn is where the old pool was. It has been filled in with rubble and lots of the original structure still remain. It now needs to be removed and a new lawn installed.
I own the plot between the Clay Oven and Whispering Palms, 36 Hely Hutchison. The plot is empty apart from 2 outbuildings where a security officer lives. I need weeding, cutting lawn, clearing weeds from flower beds, some new flower planting, leaf blowing in driveway, flat roof, carport. Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.

I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I need weeds removed from both front and back yard in Woodstock. We have stones and astroturf however the weeds are growing under the astro in the back yard and on the corners of the gardens and will need removal. There are quite a lot of weeds but there are no flowers that need to be seen. In the front, it is just a few minor weeds that need to be removed, not as many as back yard. Thanks,
Put up shelf in garage above head height to store suitcases Attach latch type lock to garage door that interleads into house Move hinges on 2 cupboard doors on bathroom vanity and re-hang the doors Replace heavy drawer in laundry with a light drawer (or basket drawer) - will require new runners as well. Similar thing in kitchen cupboard under sink. Wire basket drawer keeps falling off runners Small steps required at bottom of alleyway between us and neighbours. Old wooden stairs broke and its very high to have to jump down to get to wash line Some areas of deck around pool have collapsed. Need to be lifted and re-attached. Possibly a few planks might need replacing in a few areas on deck.
We have a spec sheet of the products required - We require 5 x light posts to be cemented in, primed and painted. n 5 x solar lights to be fitted to the poles. 1 x solar light to be bolted to a wall and two more lights to be attached to a bell tower (traffic circle) with extension / fastening poles
