I had an urgent roof issue just before heavy rains, and within hours of my request, a gentleman named Bonnie from Maitland contacted me. He had done previous work in Westlake and knew exactly how to get to me. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done using a blow torch. As a widow who’s been retrenched and relying on rental income from a studio flatlet, I truly appreciated his reasonable quote and professional approach. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, giving me peace of mind and helping me avoid losing a tenant. Excellent, reliable service from start to finish. I highly recommend Bonnie and the Procompare platform, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future building quotes!

From the first call, the team was super responsive and rocking up right on time, so the whole waterproofing job kicked off smoothly. Their crew stayed friendly yet totally professional, paying close attention to every seam and corner of the roof. They even tweaked the plan last-minute to fit my schedule—no fuss, no extra cost.
