Good day, I am in the process of purchasing a house (which is still a construction site) and need a quote to finish the roofing system, beam filling, skylights and waterproofing. The house has a butterfly roof design with a boxed gutter running through it. The roof covering most of the house is on, but the part that is on requires beam filling. I also require new roofs over the servants quarters, playroom, entrance hall and lounge area . The building also has concrete slabs and a boxed gutter system which requires waterproofing. There are also skylights which will need to be put in. I have attached the plans of the property to assist you with the calculations.
I am looking to repair and replace a balcony roof, which is made of an overhead wooden structure with corrugated plastic sheeting. I would like to repair the wood structure and the plastic sheeting where possible and replace where necessary. It is about 15 sqm of surface area. Thanks and regards,
I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. Roofing for an addition of one room, approximately 18sqm. Room will be added on top of existing structure and joined with existing roof in a duplex town house. Work will include removal of existing roof, and re-installation after new room in constructed. Refer to attached drawings, area to be roofed is the "new study"
