Hi, I just need a basic amount so I can do my budget. The building was a garage but was converted into a studio with a door and windows and I would like to make it a garage again. It can be a double door or two single doors with automation (I have a device that must be added so it can work with my home assistant). So the door and windows need to be removed and the garage door(s) must be installed. There is power available for automation.

I currently have an asbestos roof, and there are several leaks currently due to missing nails on the asbestos sheets, and some damaged/missing sheets. I would like to get a quotation for repairing the current roof, but also a quotations to replace the current roof with Tiles. I prefer an email communication.
I have a, currently installed, fixed Single door which is motorised although the motor has packed up. I have been wanting to get a quote to replace it all with an automated roller / roll-up Door instead.
