Good day, I'm looking to renovate a bathroom which is too small, removal of all fittings, take down a wall 2.4x1.8 and rebuild it 1.5m to extend the bathroom to 3m length. Fit new toilet, sink and mixer and build shower base install shower and screen, waterproof, remove old kitchen sink and fit a new one with tap, fit a tap and point for washing machine. The issue is the height of the outlet pipes requiring new sewer line dug 0.5 below to connect showers, this will needed to run about 35 m and connect to main sewer line. Fill up and close.All inclusive price SABS basic including materials or just labour costs and material list. Excludes tiling
Fit the following items:- 1. Bath tub and connect water supply and taps with a shower 2. Sink with a pedestal and connect water supply 3. Toilet seat and its fittings and attachments i.e. also connect water supply and 4. Mount and connect the L/L geyser Electricity and water supply to it. Need water proofing repairs done ( scrapping plaster down , sealing cracks / water proofing cracks and replaster ) and then repainting entire house and perimeter walls). Need roof tiles to be looked at to see if they can be extended by one more tile around the entire house. Or solution for that. Gutters were flattened down against roof recently. But water still came through in certain places with this heavy rain. ( because they weren’t angled down but now that was done).

Previous plumber fixed toilet leak incorrectly and now we have to keep water supply off and manually add the water into the system, then flush, and then push the handle back up. Previous plumber got paid and now got all sorts of excuses why not coming back
