We would like to have our garden weeded, cleaned and the soil turned on the perimeter of our home, please. There are leaves and debris from quite a few trees that were trimmed today (Friday) We would like the mound/garden refuse compost heap at the rear of our property to either be used or disposed. Inside the yard Left side - lawn maintenance and planting of flowers at the edge of the lawn next to the wall. Removal of rubbish dump Right side - uneven ground that requires flattening of the ground, planting of half of the lawn which is infiltrated by weeds. Outside the yard Left side - maintenance of lawn and flowers Right side - 2m X 70m requires new lawn and wall floors
The intention is to build a high -end market self catering chalets, roughly 8 three bedroomed with one building(9th structure)serving as the admin quarters. Currently the plot is vacant but a construction company has already been appointed while some administrative necessities are being complied with at Municipal level. The idea is to create a beautiful environment which provides each chalet with necessary privacy and the whole establishment with charming ambience.
Trimming of shrubs , too much shade has caused lawn to die. Also always too many leaves to remove . Suggestions needed to enhance the space. Existing asbestos roofing needs cleaning, some sealing and painting. Exterior walls, barge boards and facia boards need painting. Wooden doors and windows need varnishing, all window putty to be replaced. Property has two buildings i.e. main house + outbuilding. Work to be done on both structures. Boundary walls also require painting.
1.) Remove existing section of Aluminium Extruded gutter. (~3m) 2.) Remove existing rotten barge board/facia board (~ 40mm x mm x 3m) 3.) Replace (2 above) with new piece of barge board/facia board (~40mm x mm x 3m) 4.) Treat with Creosote 5.) Replace Aluminium Extruded gutter (~3m, removed in 1) with proper slope. End of job scope
Good day, We are the managing Agent group for a property in Wellington, SA. There are Three Units on this yard. Two of the Units have reported maintenance issues. Can you please assist with quotes on the following issues. Quotes needed from 3 x Contractors/Handyman's please. - Unit 1 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit. Quote 1.1: Bedroom Light - Light will not turn on. Bedroom Floor/Tiles - Cracked floorboard as well as several soft spots in the floor. Quote 2.1: Bathroom Tap - Once tap is opened it will not shut off. Quote 3.1: Outside Drains - Drain not working. Will not drain as it is higher than the gutter. Filter is not in and cannot be put in. Quote 4.1: Outside Roof - The fascia is rotten under the gutters. Gutters is also broken. - Unit 2 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit Quote 1.2 BATRHROOM: Storage cupboard - Door came off and hinges damaged Bathroom door handle - Broken Quote 2.2 ELECTRICITY: The electricity trips each time I put the geyser on - but only if the kettle or microwave was in use. If the kettle or microwave/airfryer is not in use, the electricity does not trip when the geyser is put on.

Leaf litter, general litter, and garden waste removal: The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the day-to-day garden refuse accumulated during the maintenance process. 5.3 monthly services Cleaning of all water channels, trenches manhole grids, gullies to ensure water flows freely during rainy days. Get rid of all trees, grass along the fence inside and outside of the premises. Ensure that outside the fence, there is no trees hanging over the fence and grass must be cut about one mitre away from the fence. Minimal formative pruning will be performed by the contractor as part of general garden maintenance during the growing season on all trees and shrubs.
Hi, I would like the verge around my property paved if within budget. Im keen on cobblestone pavers, but open to a more budget friendly option. It's hard to keep people from parking on this area, but if they do it's needs to be able to withstand a car. I would like little maintenance on this paving. Currently there is lawn, so in the long run would paving save me money than maintaining a lawn.
We are looking for a trustworthy gardener for the general maintenance of our garden: mowing the lawn, cutting hedges, removing leaves, etc. This would be necessary either every 2 weeks or once a month.
