Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Had a quote for my apartment for 15m² of laminate flooring...kronoswiss rigi oak 7mm...dont know if there are still more subcategories of that type. Thought was too much. So seeing what you would charge and if I'm satisfied will take the offer. I want the flooring supplied and installed as soon as possible.
1). Painting of Walls (internal) - undercoat and 2 coats at m2. 2). Painting of soffit (already with rhinolite plaster) 1 coat at 54m2. 3). Painting of ceiling board at 39.5m2 4). Painting of x3 new timber doors and frames with varnish (1 coat) 5). Painting of new double garage size timber door with varnish (1 coat)
I am requiring 4 outside doors, internal we already have. Quote for aluminum doors and windows, and wooden doors and windows. I will give the sizes when I receive the list of suppliers. I would like a quote on 2.1 sliding patio door by 2.1 in bronze. I would like the suppliers to make contact with me.
The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. 1 Main bedroom (3 walls and 1 wall with window). 3 standard bedrooms (2 walls, 1 wall with window and 1 with wardrobes). Passage both sides. Living room (3 walls and one with sliding door). Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. Good quality wooden external door but not decorative
Need a double door opening to outside. Currently there is a wood and glass door and frame in the position, would like it replaces with aluminium and glass doors and frame. I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.

Also provide quote for 1 level of screed to cover heated under floor. Include material/cement. Use the attached strength. 54 sqm area needs flooring. 19 running meters for skating.
I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote.
