Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. I will be in Plett from 23 Jan for 3 weeks and you will be able to meet with me, view the roof and suggest alternatives with prices during this time.

We are the Managing Agents for a block of 3storey flats. units We also have a bin area with 50 black bins that needs to attended to, bin area needs cleaning, supervised on a daily basis Stoep areas needs to be kept clean & tidy daily. I am not % sure exactly how big the property is so the specs are not completely correct, we need someone to come through and do a proper site assessment.
I would like to build a temple.. basically new structure needs to go up. An old building needs to be demolished and then reset the foundation and put up new walling or pillars/polling. Then ofcourse a roof. I was thinking thatch. Although, out last roof was thatch and it got burnt. Also, I need to know the difference in costs with different roofing structure and pros and cons over time... Im overseeing this and doing some research, please get back to me asap. We are currently in Port Elizabeth but we are moving to Bloemfontein soon. The house (approx. 3 bedrooms, a lounge, living room, kitchen) needs to be spring cleaned from top to bottom before we move in. I would like to get some quotes and will be in contact with regards to our timeline and when we will be moving.
I need a cleaning person to come in on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I usually have a schedule worked out for what needs to be cleaned on what day, see it as follows. Mon: top part of the house, Wed: bottom part of the house, Fri: top part again. It is a double story house, not completely sure about the dimensions/size. I will also be needing laundry and ironing, but not every time the person comes to clean, on a lesser basis when requested.
Deep cleaning of +/- chairs in a meeting rooms, dining rooms and Boardrooms. Vulcan fabric chairs including ottomans with relevant SABS approved detergents. We are a cleaning company ourselves that specialises in pest control and we therefore do not have the relevant equipment for this and need help.

There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
6 seven meter metal sheets. The rain has completely ruined my roof and I need 6 metal sheets of 7 meters in size each. I only need the supply and I am willing to collect the materials myself as well. Please get back to me asap as there is a lot of rain coming soon and I need to get this sorted urgently.
