Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

All upstairs rooms to have Aircon and master bedroom and pajama lounge to have fire place . The master bedroom on ground floor need to be demolished to create more play space. The two ground floor kids bedroom to be converted in a playroom . House has two kitchens. One kitchen must become pantry. Bedrooms ,office and pajama lounge needs balcony. The whole house needs to be re-roofed with proper truses. Plans to be commenced as soon as possible.
