Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
3 bedroom, double garage, lounge, 1 guest bathrooms & ensuite and kitchen
Our house is a 3 beds and 2 bath, therefore we would like to build double garage, extent the rooms and to build main bedroom on top of the garages.
Well I have a rough sketch that I would like to present or send to you where I will first will have to start with a single garage with a back bedroom and a bathroom. The plan must be designed with an intention to extend later. I have attached a proposed plan but if we can start with the garage and the master bedroom with the bathroom. but we will discuss other things later.
My current house is a long hall like house. I wish to change the external look to something more easy to the eye.
Need to do flats and open room design to host 20 to 30 people as I host tourists for music workshops in my house . So I have a funding for the project .
