I own a ground floor unit in a sectional title. i want to enclose my patio with aluminium and glass. the measurements are about 2.1x 3m height is 2.8M I would like to know the cost of a plan.
I like to shop at second-hand and antique stores rather than buying brand new boilerplate stuff. This is not necessarily to save money, but for the character and pieces that are interesting. The house is just over sqm, with large living/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom are largely set in stone. I need serious working space somewhere. My style is kind of traditional farmhouse, but not cluttered or fussy, with a touch of eclectic.
