Remove existing gutter and set aside for reuse. - Supply and install new 12x nutec fascia. - Reinstate gutter and align again. - Secure existing slipped fascia to both gable ends with nail-in anchors. In the front of the property and back. - Secure existing barge flashings with additional screws. - Check all existing roof screws torqued correctly.
