It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters). There are two flats on ground, four on. Idle level and four at the next level. Please give me a vague idea of price on this info. If you would like more info please email me rather than call.
Roof installation to cover patio area with a length of 9 meters and width of 3 meters. Timber structure with a maximum beam span of 5.5 meters. Roof covering, should either be flat polycarbonate sheet or flat acrylic sheet. Roof should preferably be installed below the eaves of the existing roof with a pitch of 7 degrees
The complete roof must be replaced with Diamond ck. A quote for Material and a quote for Installation to complete. All the work. I do have a certified asbestos company that will remove the current asbestos sheeting. Dont quote on that but all the rest Please. Attached the Drawings on old Photo. and some dimensions.Many Thanks. Good day i need some assistance regards to a quotation for my roof . my house is insured by auto/ general The pass winter we had some water leakage from the ceiling and due to the heavy rains it left a hole in the ceiling ,so then we knew that somewhere on the roof there might be a leakage, thats why the water was coming through the ceiling , all our rooms are now moulded , Please can you send someone out to come and give us a quote , regards
Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a entrance hall. We'd like all ceilings painted, doors and door frames painted. There's 5 doors.
Good day, The painters at my property have not done a great job and I am looking for a more professional service to correct some errors. For example, the lines are not neat and areas where there should be a neat line that distinguishes two colours apart are not well executed. I need assistance with this.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and dining room need to painted in that there has been water damage to my apartment . We have now attended to fix the waterproofing on the outside of the building . My insurance requires three quotes so that the inside of my flat can be painted accordingly. Not sure if the sqm is accurate .
Hi, I am looking at having 1 bedroom painted and, depending on the cost, an additional bedroom painted as well. The floor area for each room is about 20 sqm. The paint on the walls in bedroom 1 may need to be scrapped off/filled in to make the final coat even. The second bedroom has a single wood panel that runs horizontally across the room that would need to be removed before the room can be painted.
The roof is leaking, upon my inspection i discovered that that the tiles are not even. When is raining heavily that is when the leaking is taking place. I suppose that the roof tiles needs to be fixed and be places in a correct way. the project can take one day to be fixed because is a small portion.
