We are a school called Phendukani Full Service High School in the Madadeni Township. We are looking for solar panels to cover us during load shedding. This can occur for 3-4 hours, generally only once during the school day. A previous quote recommended that we'd need an 8.8kw inverter, a 5.1kw lithium battery, and 12 w solar panels. So we are looking for quotes for systems similar to this. We are happy either to rent for 2-3 years or to buy, and would like quotes for both. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). We require someone to do electrical cable runs under the ground around a property (property size Dual Ducting along route for our fibre line. We will need 3 outdoor plug points in a outdoor enclosure (enclosures to be provided by you) V at all 3 points, including the guards room. We are also looking for someone to lay Fibre with 18 Fibre splicing at each camera post.

Advice & quotation for full installation. I don’t know how many AC's I will need. Have quite a large house so need professional advice. My house has an approximate floor area of m2 downstairs & an open mezzanine of about 70m2. Half the downstairs & the full upstairs are open plan. The other is normal rooms.
This is home which we are purchasing. We intend to install solar once the bond is registered (we plan on doing the installation early in January). We do not currently have electricity usage, as this is a bigger home than we are used to. I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen. I will then finally need the entire inside of the house to be painted. I am not sure at all about the total sqm of the house. Would need someone to advise.
