Specification Painting of: Internal walls Ceilings Basement walls and columns Road markings External steel Doors and Wallpaper replacement, as per the attached bill of quantities. The internal office area is currently in use; therefore, the successful contractor will need to plan to carry out work inside the office areas over weekends per section or wing and completing the work on the Sunday so that the wing in question is available for use from Monday morning.
