Would like to build 3 cottages on the farm.The 2 cottages Must contain 2 bedrooms with its 2 en-suit bathrooms. The other 1 must contain 1 bedroom with its en-suit bathroom. One of the cottages must have a pool. All of them must have a kitchen for eating area. Sizes approximately sqm, 90sqm, 60sqm
Extend existing lounge and dining room to a new entertainment room (to be built). New entertainment room to overlook garden on one side and swimming pool on the other, therefore two sliding door entrances required on opposite sides of room. Loft in roof of house for a study and storage with retractable / foldable ladder. I would like to do a small renovation to my home, I am uncertain at this point if I should build a granny flat or add on an additional bedroom and bathroom to my house for my elderly parent. I would also like to enclose my current undercover braai area and incorporate a laundry into my garage. I don't get much sun in the front of my house so I would like advice on making basic changes to incorporate more sun.

I have a pergola connected to my lounge , the pergola is close off with double brick 1M high walls and I would like to build the walls up and extend the roof of my lounge to cover the new room , the pergola is the size of a double garage +- 36 Squares , I would then like to erect a car port in front of my double garage which would also be about 36 squares and then a braai and a pizza oven
Wish to extend the bathroom outward toward the exterior garden. The extension will require: remove current exterior wall, build new foundation, build new exterior wall, extend roof, run new plumbing. Need a plan drawn up & submitted to the council. Already have an existing plan for the current structure

Hi, we are looking at doing renovations in our new home and need an estimate of what it would cost to draw up new plans. We have an extended facility with the bank and they require plans, even if all structural changes are internal. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1.5 living rooms. A single garage etc. I have attached our current house plans. We are planning on knocking out the kitchen wall to open up the area into an open plan. We also want to knock out the wall between the dining room and steps leading down to the living room. We have already received confirmation that none of the walls are bearing walls. Please advise what the estimate cost would be to draw up new plans. Thank you,
