Traditional brick and mortar build with corrugated roof on a single floor with some retaining walls and an elevated garage. Current state: Plans are submitted to municipality. Architecture and engineering drawings are available. Soil report and BoQ are drawn up and available. I understand that quality of finishes can make or break the best laid budgets and as such like to receive a rough pricing indicator for wetwork/sqm only, before asking for a detailed quote, to avoid wasting each others time. NB. Please note that this build will take place in Knysna - not George.

Similar thing in kitchen cupboard under sink. Wire basket drawer keeps falling off runners Small steps required at bottom of alleyway between us and neighbours. Old wooden stairs broke and its very high to have to jump down to get to wash line Some areas of deck around pool have collapsed. Need to be lifted and re-attached. Possibly a few planks might need replacing in a few areas on deck.
