I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. I found one section of the roof(sheeting and planks that hold the tiles) damages. I need to know if that is the only section and costing thereof.
