Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.

i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen.
