Am building a DIY workshop with a high roof so that I can use some of the space a storage. But I do not want to pour a slab because it's too involving. I'd also like this workshop to as close to sound proof as can be. It will be about 4 x 10-12m, put it's maximum floor size at 48 sq m. However, we shall make it go up quite a bit. For noting. I have neighbours on two sides so most of the light will come from the front; with glass blocks up on either side of the neighbours, to maintain their privacy. I'll obviously seek their consent before the NMB approvals.

We need the architect to rate or evaluate the property of which grade is it? Either grade A, B or C.
I am in the process of purchasing a house for which there are no plans. My preferred bank is requiring certified plans for the house to clear the financing. However I am concerned that the process might cause problematic delays. I would like to know what the realistic cost and timeline would be for getting plans drawn up and registered.
