Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
I am looking at building a second dwelling. It will be a double storey with two 35m2 floors. I have a good idea what I want so i can send some info.
