About: Imagination Design Services Pty Ltd is an architectural firm based in Kwa-Ngcolosi, Pinetown that specializes in new building design, extension and remodel drawings, as well as other architectural services. The company serves the southeast region of KwaZulu Natal, including Zululand and northeast KwaZulu Natal.
We want to build a separate flat apart from our house that we want to rent out, we are looking at possibly 2 units. The space to build on is 7.5x5 meters and the units that we want to build has to be approx 3.75x5 in size. We also have a bit of a parking issue, therefore I want to find a solution for this as well. I also want to add a staircase.

The remodel is meant to bring the outdoors indoors, optimising one side of the house for indoor gardening and incorporating a courtyard of sorts. At the same time, airflow and transparency (especially in the roof design) will have to be considered so the house (double-story) doesn't become a sauna. I already know what I want the finished product to look like. I prefer email communication, as due to my line of work, I'm often unable to take personal phone calls.
