NO TRUCKS can reach the stands. The roads allow for bakkies, possibly with a trailer. 3 Tonne truck should also be fine. 5. Builders are not allowed to stay on the stand overnight. It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.

I need to convert my garage to a bedroom. Just need a ceiling put in and drywall to block garage door from thee inside. No changes needed on the outside as it must still look like a garage from the outside so garage door stays. Noise reduction when it rains as the garage is a metal roof and is very noisy when it rains. Thanks
