IRB ,type arrangement, old property, roof slope is insufficient, contribute to the internal leakage.I need advice for either replace roof and modify the slope to allow better water drainage. OUDTSHOORN is area with high temperatures, the external repairs were mostly coating with material fiber, as expect will fail with in due time as result off the temperature changes. I want a permanent guarantee for the propose repairs or replacement.
Leaks need to be repaired as well as painting or sealing the roof. Tiled roof.

Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks
