we are having our year end function on the 12th of June and are looking for an event planning company to do the deco. The theme for this event is Safari, more specifically East African Safari. the general idea is to have a more relaxed event to match the safari theme. we would like the venue draped to like a safari tent. No formal tables or chairs, but we would like seating (matching/ similar to those you would find in an east africa safari lodge, and bean bags to sit on as well. Like camp chairs or something similar matching to the theme. Attached is some type of idea.

We are therefore looking for someone who can take over the coordination aspect of the wedding by: • Reviewing all existing bookings and supplier agreements. • Acting as the main point of contact with vendors and keeping communication flowing between suppliers and the couple. • Tracking deposits, payment deadlines, outstanding balances, and important dates. • Creating and managing a planning timeline and checklist, ensuring nothing is overlooked. • Advising on any remaining decisions and next steps required before the wedding. • veloping the wedding day schedule and coordinating logistics with all vendors. • Being present on the wedding day to oversee setup, manage the timeline, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure the bride and groom can relax and enjoy their celebration without having to worry about the behind-the-scenes details. In essence, we are looking for a planner who specialises in partial wedding planning/month-of coordination, taking over from where we have left off and providing hands-on support through to the wedding day.

We are having a forest wedding at Beyond the moon in Hoekwil. I am a photographer and would love a unique photography/videography experience with interesting perspective. Naturally the decorations are also quite important and I am looking for the barn to feel like a part of nature. Preliminarily the theme is centered around nature and I want to magnify the "small" aspects of it that brings my partner and I closer together - soft light through trees, the sky peeking through the canopy, brightly coloured mushrooms growing on fallen trees and the moss that covers the undergrowth.
