Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour. 1. We request the Roma style for all the doors, but that they are SOLID core MDF (or alternative), 2. We request raw and unpainted finished product, 3. Please remove D28 and D30 from the quoting process, 4. The following doors are external: D1, D29 5. Do you supply door hinges for these solid doors? A sliding door will be installed after the veranda. When the door is installed, the step needs to be adjusted by a builder and the plastering around the frame has been completed. In fact, the veranda needs to be re-done. Note: This is a very small job it does not need building contractors. Please feel free to contact me for more info.
I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. 1)Sika Cemflex reinforced waterproofing on 'Cemflex' membrane or simmilar approved applied in strict accordance with manufacturers details including waste (35m2) 2) One layer of DERBIGUM SP 4mm fully sealed to deck by torch on fusion or coldbond 90 ADHESIVE SPREAD at the rate of 1-3sqm per Litre depending on absorption of the surface. Side laps at 75mm and end laps at mm sealed together by torch on fusion. Vertical and horizontal turns should be fused to the primed surfaces; angles; outlets fillets and flat edges. All as recommended by DERBIGUM (m2) 3)Two coats of co polymer or bituminous aluminium paint (m2)
Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes!
