Good Day, The request is for a residential home, ready for occupation in Jan (registration confirmed 14 Dec) at this address: Mandelieau, Fiddle Avenue, Radiokop, Rooderpoort. The property is a 3x Bedroom House, 2.5 Bathrooms, Pool, 2 Garages, Kitchen with scullery, open lounge space that may include dining area and an outside lapa. I only have the attached exterior of the home as the active link is now deactivated. I am looking for someone to help me turn the space into a comfortable home before we move in – hopefully around end of Jan – nothing grandstanding, but something easy and appealing to the eye. I am happy to meet with contact person 1st week of Jan to show them house. I have an idea of what I would like the finish product to look like, but neither have the know-how / eye for the detail nor the time. I am looking for someone that can help me put it together seamlessly and beautifully within the above mentioned time period (negotiable). The home would be fully occupied by myself (age 38) and my 2 kids (6 and 9) – I have negotiated with them that they will share the 1 bedroom until the eldest is 13, so the 3rd bedroom would be a guestroom.
