Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
I want to add two rooms.
I prefer an Afrikaans speaking professional, so that we can understand each other better.

We would like to extend our current property upwards to create additional bedrooms and office space. I prefer email communication as i may be in meetings.
I would like to build a double storey house on the existing house.
i would like to add garages to my house, give the house a face lift and replace lapa with tiles.
