I have made a simple drawing of what I need to comply with my need it will be a simple mainly open plan 2 bedroom house with a totally open plan kitchen dining room, double garage and my measurement is as follows. Garage of which I will put in a shower toilet and basin in are 10m x 6m then the 2 bedroom main is 30 square, 2nd bedroom 24 square and the open plan dining room / kitchen is 5 x 10 m with a veranda in front of the dining room and it is based on a square type of building to lower cost if I am correct, there will be only shower in the bedrooms and a toilet in each no bath
House is open plan two-storey building (5 bedrooms main bedroom has en suite and a walk in closest , 5 bath, flatlet which has kitchen bath ). I’d like to have the home professionally decorated with a comfortable modern interior look. Work includes new kitchen, 3 bedroom cupboards +main walk in closet remodelling, entire floor tiles replacement and completely new furniture. A single garage to be converted into a gym. The look needs to be sophisticated, but also functional because we have a toddler and two grown teenagers. Desire cost effective project. This will be a guest house however we will be living at the back . The house will have 4 bedrooms 2 of them will have kitchen nets . Upstairs will be a loft . I want to have the outside shower and toilet . I am on a tight budget, I am in the process of buying a sqm plot in Kei mouth. It will be a home build. I want to build 4mwide and 18m long so I can later device into 4 rooms. I want to build on poles one level up, wood, I want a deck on the roof which will have a roof above that, I want the roof to be Bedouin style stretch tent if legal or thatch or fibre cement, nutec ... which ever works out cheaper. I would like the plans to allow for the building up of the ground floor area at a later stage using a natural straw bale building method if possible. The top deck can be flat roof . ... The purpose of my building is to create 4 equal size rooms the two end rooms will have a small staircase leading to the top. I only want one toilet inside the centre to be used by two middle rooms, maybe under a staircase which will also lead upstairs? I am planning to rezone as guesthouse/backpacker, my toilets and showers will be outside. I want to use reclaimed and second hand materials as much as possible, doors I will make myself.
