Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
Its an existing house, i just want to add 2 more rooms for now.

Swimming pool. 2 spacious garage and man cave. Spacious kitchen (open plan kind of design), Two sitting room , one spacious lounge. Preferably lots of glass on the house than brick work.
