We have a technician who has laid out the flow according to what we want for our home. We have been living here for a long time and have very specific needs. We are 90% there but we require design services to tie into the new build area and we need the plans to be made compliant so that they will be accepted by the City of Cape Town.
In the past 3 years, I have completed minor renovations at my home in Paulshof, Jhb North. I had an architect design the additions and draft new plans, but I never got the plans approved at city council due to the incredibly long and inefficient process at council. It would be great to get my plans approved and updated with the city council so everything is in order if I need to sell one day. Would you be able to assist with this? I believe I need both a Building Plan approval and a Site Development Plan approval. I can provide completed architectural plans on request.

We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. What to replace it with ? Insurance claim involved
