I am looking at costing for additions/alterations to my existing house. The additions should be approximately 70sqm. I need a 4th bedroom added and my main bedroom extended. This is an Old Town House. I need to add more cupboards and in order to do so need the bedroom extended by 0.5 meters extended for the addition of cupboards. My idea is that the current kitchen be turned into a bedroom and add in another kitchen. I have many ideas and need a professional Architect to advise what can or cannot be done which is within my budget as well.
Want to convert 1 storey house to double story. It's a thatched roof but wants to change it to other roofing types with an additional storey. Currently only has 1 room up stairs and I want an additional seating room space and 1 additional bedroom and balcony up there. It's a 3 bedroomed house with double garage sized at Square meters.
