I hope you’re well. I’m currently in the early planning stages of opening a boutique women’s gym and am looking to get a rough cost estimate for a potential fit-out. The space would be approximately –m² and include a strength training area, small studio, reception, compact change rooms with showers, and a small enclosed kids area. I am looking to buy a stand in Santorine in St Francis. I want to get an idea of costs to design a house that takes advantage of sea views. Looking at a main house two levels with three bedrooms ensuite. Lounge and open plan kitchen. This leads onto a sea facing deck with pool. A second building which is a double garage and laundry room with an upstairs room, balcony and bathroom that has an entrance separate to main house.
The previously applied waterproofing has failed and is no longer effective. • There are visible gaps between the waterproofing membrane and the roof sheeting, allowing rainwater to seep into the roof cavity. • Several roof sheets are loose, enabling wind-driven rain to enter. • Cracked and broken ridge caps were identified, which provide direct water entry points. • Moss growth between the sheeting was observed, indicating water retention and poor drainage
