In the beginning I thought " awesome ". That's the only positive thing I have.
Mostly everything. Bad craftsmanship. Same colour paint but uneven and poorly expected in 2 of the 5 rooms. They left the house with paint spots and stains on my furniture, curtains, mirrors, even pot plants, that I need to clean. (I DON'T WANT THEM NEAR MY HOUSE AGAIN). Then they still wanted to argue about it. Not a great experience.
Good day, Mr. Rademeyer, We are writing to clarify the events surrounding the final inspection . Upon discovering a spot on the couch, you expressed dissatisfaction and directed strong language towards my employees. We cleaned the couch afterwards, as it was a water-based paint issue. Following our departure, your worker conducted the final inspection and confirmed that the couch was clean. As such, we left the premises. Later that day, I received a WhatsApp message from you stating that you had found additional spots. In response, I offered to return and clean them at a time that suited you, but you declined, insisting that you would handle it yourself. Subsequently, you contacted us again regarding touch-ups needed on the ceiling, noting uneven areas and stripes. We immediately agreed to apply another coat free of charge. However, you expressed that you did not want us back on your premises and requested that we deliver the paint so you could do the work yourself, or you would purchase alternative paint. We explained that it would take approximately four days to complete the job, as we need to ensure the paint dries properly and assess any necessary touch-ups. Additionally, we volunteered to replace the silicone around your bathtub free of charge. However, despite our efforts to advise you from a professional standpoint on how to correct the job, you refused access for us to proceed. Please note that we always strive to keep our clients satisfied. Unfortunately, despite our numerous attempts to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, you have declined our services after the first day. Kind regards,
