Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
To Safegaurd our operations working this Prasa Rail Contract for 36 months. We will move around along the railline. We replace sleepers and remove scrap daily. We want our Site Office, Vehicles that is park either at Site Office or along the Railline where we work and that Transport Rail Materials to be safe at all times. So we need a squad dedicated to us. Normally we work from Monday to Friday. The Site and Office have to be guarded fulltime. 24/7.

Lightning diverters per zone Concrete casted over the whole length +/- mm (mm in the ground & mm above ground) 1.2 Accessories Bolt & nuts, insulators, clips, hooks, ferrules, tensioners, strainers, contacts & brackets, etc 1.3 Existing Palisade Fence Existing fence to be left as is and be inside of the new Electric fence +/- mm apart. N/A N/A 1.4 GATES Double entrance gate to be fitted with electric fence. Gates shall be connected to the overall electric fence. Standard locking device adaptable to the Municipal lock.
We are soon moving into a panhandle house and would like to enclose the garden area next to the driveway to keep the dogs off the driveway when entering. We have no idea how long the fence has to be, but I estimate it is approximately 40m in length. The fence does not have to be too high (about 1.2m in height should be sufficient)
Either 1) new carport or 2) Repairs to existing carport 1) New carport: 10m x 3m carport with 3 posts on one side and attached to brick wall (house) on other. 2) Repairs to existing one roofed carport. 2 of the 3 posts and structure/gutter on one side rusted through. Would need to be seen to better quote
We have a two bedroom flat we would like to to repaint. Please give us a quote on walls and kitchen cupboards separately to ceiling. We haven’t decided whether we want the ceiling done yet so it will depend on the cost of everything. We have attached a photo of the living space. The current walls are grey but we would like them white instead. Does your quote include paint or only labour? We have a specific colour from planscon in mind. Thanks
We need to repaint a carport. The roof is coverd with standard IBR .The size is 6m wide and 33m long The top and bottom of the carport needs to be cleaned from rust and painted 1 coat red oxide and 2 coats acrylic roof paint. the roof structure also needs to be cleaned and re-painted we need an estimate to put in our budget for the financial year Please supply different rates for cleaning, paint, labour to be able to compare apples with apples on the different quotes of contractors

Prepwork needed to remove old Paint for walls,slab and balustrades,carports (steel to be painted with 2 coats dark brown color and the slab and walls with 2 coats white paint) Area to be painted is the Slab and under Landing,riser,thread 2 coats and some of the thread & risers needs patching total area 1m only
I am wanting to replacing my driveway sliding gate with a new metal wood clad one. The concrete driveway may need some cutting in as the existing system is too high and our vehicle struggles to get over it. Added to the new sliding gate, an additional fence panel will be needed to match which will be attached between the roof structure and the garage wall (seen in photos).
Do preparation on damp walls and plaster cracks prior to painting. A total of 22 flats (double storeys) external paint only, including 10 window frames per flat and +- 23 safety gates. Palisades of approximately x . meters needs to be painted as well. Yard walls +- meters x 1.2 meters high to be included. All paint and accessories being bought already so only will be labour price required.
