How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
We have water pooling in our back yard and front yard after heavy rains. The water stays for about 3 days after each rain due to slow drainage, and is about half a meter deep. We are wanting a quote to see how much it would cost to put in a drainage system, or how best to rectify the pooling. The start date would depend on costs, our budget, ect.

Boundary wall busy collapsing. Need to be broken down and rebuild and a build in braai. My wall in the back corner of my home between my neighbours home and mine is busy falling apart. There is a banana bush in the corner of my plot that is now pushing onto the wall and causing the wall to fall apart. Good day I live at 37 Jim Fouche Rd, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. I am on an elevated part of the mountain and I have a neighbour who is below. I had a wall which collapsed. I have removed it since then. I need someone to look at the area carefully and analyse to determine what to build. I have an idea that I need a retainer wall at the very least. The last structural engineer i had look at it made some suggestions but I am not convinced it is the right one as it encroaches on my neighbours property. I do have permission from my neighbour, verbally but I need proper documentation to avoid any issues in future. I would like someone to come and have a look and do a thorough analysis as well costing of different scenarios. They need to be in the Roodepoort or very nearby areas. They need to have an excellent accumen, excellent documentation skills, clear communication and know exactly what to do and how to do it, i really don't want middle of the job surprises. I am not in a rush, I need a proper professional.
I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
