I need a assistance with a despute between my mother and her complex. During Covid Lockdown her then tenant lost her job and my mother was not allowed to evict her. This situation lasted for about a year. Resulting in defaulting of levy payments to the body corporate. Since then my mother has attempted to make payment arrangements but to no avail. They have submitted a case in court and my mother is to respond. We are in search of a lawyer to read the court papers and advise on an appropriate response. We have signed the Sale agreement for an auctined property of a late person without the letter of executorship. The sale agreement does not state that the house is for a deceased person and also they does provide us with a letter of executorship. The bank has approve the bond so we dont want to proceeds with transaction without that letter. So they are delaying us and the OTP is valid for 30 days. They want the OTPbto expire so that they can not refund us. When we do investigations this house was sold before on the8 october , they claim that the buyer defaulted. Now it was advertised with a different address by a different agent but that agent was there when we bid. The sale agreement is not valid and the missing Letter of Exedutorship. We want assistance to get our money back.
I'm suspended at work because of accusations where by a security used a bag in cooler that had my name on it to place stolen goods and when I knock of he asked me to take it home with me.
