My elderly father eho is 81 years just completed a garage to room renovation. The garage has three walls and the third is resting upon a vibercrete wall and a supporting pole with a beam. I am aware that garage conversion do not needs plans for conversion. I want to make sure that the integrity of the structure is sound before anyone starts living there.
