On my return, it appears that there's no directive for my lump sum from the Western Cape EducatyDepartment. CEMENT TRUCT WAS STANDING NEXT TO WALL AND THE PIPE BURST. THAT CEMENT WENT INTO MY POOL. THE MANAGER OF THAT COMPANY TOLD ME TO GIVE IT TIME TO SINK TO THE BOTTOM AND THEN JUST SCOOP UP THE ROCKS AND SENT THE WATER TROUHG MY PUMP. I WAITED 6 DAYS AND THEN SWITCHED ON MY PUMP. MY PUMP WAS RUNNING FOR 5MIN AND JUST STOP. SWIMMING POOL IS STILL FULL OF CEMENT WATER AND NOW MY POOL PUMP IS ALSO NOT WORKING.
I had an architect who did my plans since The house plans did not pass as yet. On the 15th October the architect asked me to post 5 envelopes for relaxation,I did this. He has not done the follow up, I sent him 2 whatsapp text to remind him and an email and he has not responded to me. According to the architect after the relaxation , he has to do another submission and night need to pay money for the final passing of the property. We bought this house 3 years ago. Still paying the binds. Previous owner modified it and added a swimming pool. As result the area of our backyard is the same level as the house floor and when it rain the water piles up and get into the house. There is a small pipe fitted to drain water underneath the garage to the fridge nt lawn but that is not enough. The house goes from one fence to the next with limited options. I need someone to help fit a drain system along the back of the house to catch water before it piles up against the house and direct it to our garage area where we need to either directional drill a way through underneath the garage or chase out the garage floor to create a better drain option and get the water pass under the garage in a bigger pipe which should aid the existing pipe to get the water out. Alternatively someone need to come have a look for themselves and give recommendations so we can get this fixed

I need snack platters please that we will be putting on the table and people can serve themselves. I am flexible with what can be on the platter so like some cheese, viennas, tomatoes and gherkin's on a skewer or toothpick or something like that with some biltong its can be sticks or sliced, dried fruits and maybe fresh fruit also, some mini samoosa's and sausage rolls and little savoury bites.
